Who we are
This website is operated by Werkstacks Solutions, an entity of DONERHAUS SOUTH CAROLINA LLC. If you have any question about this policy or about data we hold on you, contact us at dennis@werkstacks.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company name, service selection and message you enter. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to carry out that work. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Service providers
Two providers handle data on our behalf. Formspree processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email. GitHub Pages hosts this website and, like any web host, records standard server request data. Each provider processes that data under its own privacy terms.
Client data in projects
Business data you share with us during a project is governed by the agreement and any non-disclosure agreement we sign with you, not by this policy. Where possible we work on anonymized or sample data, and wherever your setup allows the data stays in your own environment.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation they started, and deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email dennis@werkstacks.com and we will handle it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
